Buildingdoctor DMCC signs strategic distribution agreement with Guide to expand thermal imaging solutions in the UAE

Dubai, UAE – 11 November 2025 — Buildingdoctor DMCC has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with Guide Sensmart, a global leader in thermal imaging technology, in a signing ceremony held at the Buildingdoctor headquarters in Dubai.

The agreement was signed between Rob Dam, CEO of Buildingdoctor DMCC, and Guide, marking an important milestone in bringing advanced, high-performance thermal imaging solutions to the UAE market. The arrangement was facilitated through the support of Synterra-Group, one of Guide’s strategic global partners, who played a key role in enabling the collaboration.

Under the agreement, Buildingdoctor will be responsible for the sales and service support of Guide Sensmart thermal imaging systems across the UAE, strengthening access to professional-grade inspection tools for consultants, contractors, commissioning specialists, and facility management teams.

This collaboration reinforces Buildingdoctor’s commitment to expanding diagnostics and testing technologies that support building performance, energy efficiency, and industrial inspection requirements, backed by local technical expertise and aftermarket service.
